*ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF UNITY WORLD FAMILY (UNWOFAM) INC.*

*Preamble*
Recognizing and affirming the inherent dignity and equal rights of all members of the human family as the bedrock of freedom, justice, and peace worldwide; acknowledging the pivotal role of the Standard Rules of the Equalization of Opportunities for People within communities in shaping policies, plans, programs, and actions for equalization of opportunities and community development at the national level;

Realizing the importance of strengthening, practicing, and disseminating information on the significance of self-initiative in community development; we solemnly consolidate our efforts and hereby proclaim the establishment of a NON-FOR-PROFIT Corporation under the provisions of Part II of the Association Law of June 1975, Chapter 20, of the Association Law of Liberia.

*Article One – Name, Acronym, Founder, and Sphere of Activities*

*Section 1.1* The name of the Corporation shall be “UNITY WORLD FAMILY INC.”

*Section 1.2* Its acronym shall be “UNWOFAM.”

*Section 1.3* Founded by Madam Sonie D. Jallah, Cologne (Germany), UNITY WORLD FAMILY INC. aims to assist communities through developmental projects and raise awareness on basic health, social, and political issues affecting them.

*Section 1.4* The organization's sphere of activities encompasses all aspects of community-based development, including social, physical, psychological, and other communal endeavors.

*Article Two – Aims, Mission, and Vision*

*Section 2.1* The NGO's purpose is to engage in lawful activities for community development, including providing holistic care without disparity, advocating for rights, promoting self-sufficiency, and enhancing positive attitudes within communities.

*Section 2.2* The mission of UNWOFAM is to stimulate sustainable livelihood opportunities and restore inherent rights within communities.

*Section 2.3* The vision is to support the Liberian government through awareness and livelihood provision, fostering overall community development.

*ARTICLE THREE* - Duration
UNITY WORLD FAMILY INC. shall have perpetual existence.

*Article Four - Domicile*
The National Headquarters shall be located in Monrovia, Liberia, with registered offices maintained in other cities. Dr. John Karsor Jallah, residing in Monrovia, shall serve as the Registered Agent.

*Article Five – Board of Directors*
The Board shall consist of not less than three and not more than nine members, appointed according to the organization's bylaws.

*Article Six - Organization Structure*
The structure shall include an Executive Director, Deputy Directors for Programs and Administration, Secretary General, and Financial Secretary.

*Article Seven- Names and Addresses of Incorporators*

3. Dr. John Karsor Jallah - Monrovia, Montserrado County, Liberia

*Article Eight- Amendment Provision*
Amendments shall be made in accordance with the bylaws and Constitution of UNITY WORLD FAMILY INCORPORATED. The existence of the organization commences upon filing these Articles of Incorporation with the Liberia Business Registry.
